Branding for ‘This is Chelsea,’ consultation for the updated Chelsea Structure plan.
Inspired by the elements of Chelsea that residents deemed most valuable, including the beach, nature, and retail. Bright cartoons are different to what residents may expect from Council products, thereby catching their eye and encouraging them to submit their feedback.
Frequent visitors to Chelsea, the seagulls, are also represented by ‘Chip’ - the seagull cartoon.
